Free Tool

Free Before & After Photo Collage Maker

Create shareable before and after comparisons for your weight loss transformation. Upload your progress photos, pick a layout, add labels, and download.

How It Works

Choose from six layouts including side-by-side, top-and-bottom, and multi-photo grids. Upload your before and after photos, crop and position them, then optionally add weight labels and a date. Download your finished collage as a high-quality image ready to share on Instagram, Reddit, or with your doctor. Everything runs in your browser — your photos are never uploaded to any server.

Who It’s For

Anyone tracking a body transformation — whether you’re on a GLP-1 medication like retatrutide, tirzepatide, or semaglutide, doing a fitness challenge, or just want to see how far you’ve come. Progress photos are one of the most powerful tools for staying motivated. Seeing the change side by side makes the difference undeniable, especially on days when the scale isn’t moving.

Why We Built This

I lost 100 pounds and progress photos were a huge part of what kept me going. But creating clean before-and-after comparisons was always a pain — cropping in two different apps, trying to line them up, losing quality. So I built this tool as part of WeightSnap, a weight tracking app that combines daily weigh-ins, progress photos, body measurements, and AI coaching. The collage maker is free to use even without the app.

Tips for Great Before & After Photos

Take your photos in the same spot with the same lighting every time. Wear similar clothing (or the same outfit) so the change is obvious. Front, side, and back angles all tell a different story. Morning photos after waking up give the most consistent baseline. And don’t wait until you’re “done” to start — you’ll wish you had those early photos later.
